With over two decades of experience in executive search, corporate HR, labour laws, compliance, and HR-tech consulting, Sai Varma currently serves as CHRO at RYT Advisory, where he works with organizations across industries to build and implement structured HR systems, robust talent strategies, and people-aligned practices.
His responsibilities span performance management, skill mapping, and policy development, using HR-tech tools to drive workforce effectiveness. As a Partner at nHRMS and a member of NPAworldwide, he contributes to executive search excellence and advances cross-border hiring strategies.
His approach is rooted in data-driven decision making and business understanding, with a focus on creating innovative HR frameworks that enable talent empowerment and organizational success. He is pursuing a Fellowship (PhD) in Organizational Behavior with the Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad, and holds MBAs from Washington University in St. Louis (Olin) and IIT Bombay (SJMSOM).
In 2026 he launches Roasted Nuts, a podcast bringing candid conversations about work, talent, and building people functions in the AI era.
